upgrade to Bronze

    I have hit the button to upgrade our account to Bronze, however, it says the effective date is March 10, 2016?  Is this for real?  A whole month before it becomes active is not acceptable.  We need the upgrade for tomorrow or at latest a couple of days from today!

    Please tell me it is immediate!

    I see that your account is now holding the Bronze subscription. Please be noted that the account shall be upgraded to the plan chosen immediately after payment. You can check the status of your account from your account profile page or Billing section.
