Conditional fields not hiding when original selection changedAsked by Sian on February 10, 2016 at 05:27 AM
We have set up conditional fields (required) which respond to a drop-down selection.
For example: If select option a, conditional options appear as normal. However if I change my mind and then select option b instead of a, the conditional options for a. do not disappear and I am then stuck - as the options no longer correspond to the question.
What is the fix for this?
Thank you for contacting us.
Our general solution is to use Show or Show Multiple conditions.
If selected option A - Show fields related to that A option
If selected option B - Show fields related to that B option
It should automatically hide the fields related to the previous option when you switch between the A/B.
If there are still any issues on your form, please kindly provide us with an example.
