plugin for writing ???

Hello , Is there any plugin that allows me to fill in the details of any form field by handwriting on a tablet or mobile ?? No signature , write data in the fields

Unfortunately, we do not have an app or plugin that allows you to fill out the form using touch screen/tablet/graphic device that allows you to make input values by handwriting. What we have are signature related widgets. 

I see that this is somehow possible on PDF forms and for some standalone applications directly installed on a Mac or PC computer, they let you sign and convert handwriting gestures in a tablet/touch screen to text input fields. However, I'm unable to find any plugin for web browsers that can do this, but I might have missed something, the world wide web is quite huge. This is quite a complicated software.
