form not linked to new account

    I originally created my form in a guest account and was told to create one and it would automatically link. It did not. Can you please move it for me? https://form.jotform.com/60117942901148

    The form was not moved automatically there was no email association with the guest account. However, I've moved the form to your account now. You should be able to the view the form in your account.
