How to rename and send the form?

How do I rename it?

In My Forms page, just double click the title of the form in order to rename it. Please check the screencast below:

You can also rename it in the Form Builder. You just need to click on the form's title in the top toolbar.

Also, you can do this in preferences section. Click the the "Preferences" button in the top toolbar. Make sure you are in the "General Settings" tab. You can double click the form's title in order to edit it.

How do I send it out?

You can embed the form in your webpage. You can also share the form's direct URL to your friends or customers. Also, you can send the form via email.
