Is the 100 MB storage monthly, yearly or total?

The available storage space is the total space allowed on your account. You need to delete the submissions that has uploaded files attached on it to clear up some of your storage space.
Also, you can integrate your form to Google Drive or Dropbox so that you have a copy of the files.
