When I fill out the braintree integration form, everything works perfectly until the last step where it says "finish" to save. When I click it nothing happens and when I close the window the information has not been saved.Page URL:

Our apologies for the issue. I can replicate this in your form. There is an error that is causing this.
I have now forwarded this thread to our developers so they can check this further. If there are updates, you should know it through this thread.
For now, you may consider setting up the subscription using Paypal.
