I have set up email notifications, but I am not getting them for my forms. Can you please help?

The messages are being successfully sent according to the account email history. There is a chance that they are being filtered by your email server.
I would like to recommend you to try with one of our standard sender email noreply@jotform.com or noreply@formresponse.com instead of the custom sender on the Email Notification settings.
