Documents uploaded on the form are not downloading or opening

Hello,

When we try to access any uploaded documents on our forms, it doesn't appear to be downloading and instead, we get a blank page.  I have attached a screenshot for your reference.

This is happening with multiple forms and on many different submissions.

Could you please help to correct this issue?

There was an issue causing this, but our developers have resolved the same. Please do try to open the files at this time and you should be able to download the same without any issues.
