It looks like you don't have to anything right now, but if you had to, they wouldn't have made any difference as they're pretty much the same.
Nevertheless, our issues seem to be resolved as our dns was restored earlier today. Your forms should be fully operational as soon as the dns servers propagate.
Even though we have not received any confirmation from anyone yet, the media coverage seems to have done the trick. You can check out the articles through our blogpost regarding the issue:

Thanks for your quick reply. I have just checked the form through my website
Everything is ok EXCEPT the Captcha box is not working. It has the box with
a red cross in it saying "Reload if it's not displayed" and also a box with
a red cross in it saying "Reload" when the reload is clicked nothing happens
When the submit button is clicked it sends to "http://www.jotform
com/submit.php" which in turns throws up "
Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"
Is this also part of the problem?

Hello bellfam1, currently, jotform.com is still in the process of propagation. It may take from a couple of hours or up to two days before you can see it live again. This may be the reason why you're still not being able to see it on your Internet Explorer.
Can you share with us the URL of your form where you're having problems with your captcha?
