Sub-user cannot see shared forms submissions

    Dear Support,

    Our new Accounts person has created her login and I allocated her access to various forms to see submissions only and not edit forms. She can only see date entries in the online view of the forms but no other field entries are displaying for her. It all works for me and the previous accounts person was ok as well.

    The user is Lisa Slyfield and she is using Windows Vista which is old I know, but her browser is Google Chrome which I expect to work.

    Are there any known issues with her config?

    I inspected her account and could replicate the same situation.

    Please try deleting the user and adding her again.
    Let us know if the problem persists.

    Hi Carina,
    I did delete her account and re-create it, but my user is confused as she seems to have had notification from you as follows:
    "What I have had from them is a notification saying you have shared some forms with me and to log in with my existing account. It won't let me create a new account as said my email has already been used. I can still log into my first account and that is still doing the same."
    Please advise what we should do from here?

    The sub-user your are having trouble with has EU only data enabled, whereas you do not:

    Both accounts need to have this setting be the same in order to view the data.  Have uncheck this option in their account and they should be able to view the submissions without issue.

    Many thanks that has sorted it. Should we be using the Euro site or wait until it is out of BETA?

    The feature is enabled for the users from Europe after the recent invalidation of EU Safe Harbor framework. Please refer to our blog post below for more information:

    You may move your accounts to our EU data center by checking the option from the Account settings. Please be noted that all the sub-users also need to check this option in order to view/edit the shared forms or submissions.
