How can I add data from a spreadsheet to the options of a dropdown field?

    I have a list of 74 items/categories that I would like my surveyors to select from. Instead of typing each one individually on the form, I wanted to know if I can just import the data?

    It is not possible to upload, but instead, you can just select all the items on the spreadsheet, copy them and paste it in the dropdown options:
