I have 3 separate jotform registration links listed on 1 page, to allow each enrollee to choose the training they want. All three are supposed to send a confirmation email to each enrollee. The first and third do, the middle link does not. I have tried re doing the jotform pages, cloning the pages and changing the titles, and re-doing the page with all 3 links. Nothing works. I provided 2 links below, both have 3 links on 1 page, and the middle link on both will not send email confirmations, while the first and third will.

I have checked how you have set up your emails on all of the forms listed as a link on the two forms you have provided the link above. I have noticed that you are using Email-Notifications instead of autoresponders.
I would recommend, you create an email autoresponder on your forms instead. Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder
Then, on the Recipient E-mail of the email autoresponder, select the field that will gather the email address of your enrollees.
