    Hi,

We're a startup that's just about to launch and we're unsure of the initial demand we'll have for our products. Therefore, we aren't sure which Plan we should subscribe to. Because we're just getting started, we'd like to start with the Bronze level; however, if demand is greater than Bronze's capacity, how does JotForm handle any additional submissions? Are they saved and held somewhere until we upgrade or are they lost/denied altogether? Do we receive notice if we are getting near our monthly limit so that we can upgrade before that limit is reached?

Sorry for the trouble but thanks in advance for the time and you guys really have a great product.

Thank you for contacting us and your interest. When you have reach the submission limit in your plan, all your forms will be disabled and no users will be able to view and submit any more information. You will be receiving an email when you are reaching the limit and another when you have past the limit. The email will ask you to upgrade so you do not have any downtime.

You can upgrade and downgrade any time you like. This enables users to try plans with no contract.

Please let us know if you have any other question.
