Aba sobe sozinha

Boa Tarde,

Estou com um problema nos formulários. Quanto visualizados no IOS ao clicar em um item no final da aba, ela sobe sozinha para o inicio. Esse problema não acontece no Android.

If I understood you correctly on IOS devices when you submit your form if jumps back to the beginning of the form. Is that correct?

Unfortunately I do not have iPhone to test your form, but i tested your form on iPhone simulator and on my Samsung Galaxy S4, but I was not able to replicate mentioned issue. When I submitted your form I got redirected to Thank You page. 

Can you please try to test your form on some other IOS device? If you have embedded your form to website, please provide us URL of your website so that we can test your form there. 

In case that i did not understand your question correctly, please explain in more details your issue.

Sim, testei em outro aparelho IOS, e o problema foi o mesmo.

Lembrando, que no Android ele funciona perfeitamente. No IOS ele salta para
o inicio da tela sozinho quanto vou selecionar um produto.

I've added your app to home screen on my IPhone 5s. However, I couldn't find the form.

But we could solve the issue by re-embedding the form. We would appreciate it if you could re embed the form with Iframe method.
