Submissions are not always going through. How do I check to see why?

    Your email recipients are not in bounce list, your notifications are properly setup. Please check your spam folders.

    Also, try white-listing our Jotmail IP addresses within your email server (or ask for it to your email service provider). Read this article for more details: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
