Form Over Quota

Hi,

One of my forms is not working. I am getting the Form Over Quota message. I really need this resolved ASAP. What can I do to resolve this problem?? Thank you!

I have check you account and it is overlimit because you have exceeded your Upload File Storage limit which is 100 MB for free accounts. Your current file upload size is 195.61 MB and because of that you form are disabled. To clear your Upload storage space you need delete the submissions with uploads in on Submission page of your account.

Please take note: Delete submissions are permanently deleted and can no longer be restored. 

I would suggest you to first download your files to your computer and then delete them. 

You can download your submission records in excel and copy all the path of your uploaded files. Then you can use any download manager like DAP and add the uploaded file URLs which will start downloading the files one by one.

You can use also our "File Downloader" app which will also allow you to download all the file together. Please be noted that you will have to download and install Ruby on the system in order to be able to use this app.
