Our account allows up to 100 subusers. I have a folder for each department. I need to be able to see what users have access to each department folder.
Right now, I can only sort users alphabetically.

You mean sort in My Forms page, right? If yes, unfortunately, it's not possible. If not, let us know. We can also submit this as a feature request to our developers.
A workaround would be to add a sub-folder in the main folder and named it based on the member of each department.
