Just a few concerns that I would like to get more information on before creating forms and utilizing your services. We'd like to use JotForm for Higher Education Forms. I am from Bloomsburg University Office of New Student Orientation and very interested in using your service for our upcoming Fall orientation for approximately 2,000 students.

When I was looking at the pricing page, it includes a range of "sub-user" accounts that vary depending on the price range. What exactly is a sub-user account?

Also, we have two sets of "preview days" one being held June 20-23 which will generate approximately 900 responses as well as another set July 11-13 which will again generate another 900 responses. Which brings me to my next question, are the 1,000 submission per month based on a calendar month (ex. 1000 in June, another 1000 in July) or are based on per-day basis (1000 per 30 days)?

We use this data to expand and improve on events held throughout the year so we frequently go back and refer to the data, when the responses come in can they be accessed indefinitely or does the data only stay for a set time frame, requiring you to download the data to a personal account?

Thank you for the anticipated response,

Sub-user accounts allow for you to share forms and submissions with other accounts without having to give them access to yours:

They can also create forms under your account to take advantage of your accounts upgraded limits.

Submissions are on a monthly basis and the counts reset on the first day of each month, regardless of when the subscription was created.

Submission responses remain indefinitely.  They do not take up storage space in your account unless there are file attachments uploaded with them.  Unless a submissions is deleted by you from your account, it will not be removed.

If you have any further questions, let us know and we will be happy to help.
