I created a form today and whenever someone tries to submit a response it just says, "please wait..." Any suggestions?

    None of the submissions are coming through. Thanks for your help.

    I checked your website and made a test submission. It seems like I am unable to replicate the issue you are having, as I was able to submit the form without any issue.
