I just accidentally deleted my form from "my forms" in your website. can I get it back? It's live.

    I need help getting my form back that I accidentally deleted from your website in "my forms" section. Is there anything I can do? I was trying to figure out why my 2 different notifiers received different dates when the form was filled out.

    Hi,

    Please go to 'Trash' on the left panel and restore the deleted form from there.
