    Forms not going to one particular email address

    We have two forms that suddenly stopped going to one of our recipient's email address.  








    They are not going to the Notifier called Marcy's TPS, email address marcy@tpspetsitting.com.


    They are not in her spam, and she receives all other emails to that email address.  I also added her other email address and she is receiving forms to that address, but they need to go to her TPS email address (above).


    I tried removing her notifier for a day and adding it back, but that didn't work either.  The rest of us are receiving the forms.

    Sorry for the inconvenience. I have just reviewed your email and found it in our bounce list.

    I have removed it and you should be able to receive emails properly. If you are still having issues, you may review our bounce from your account page
