How to create a hard-to-guess link to next form

what I want to create works as follows.

The initial form will contain the email of the user. Upon submission, an email containing a unique link should be sent. The link will redirect to the second part of the form. The link should be hard to guess, differently than a progressive id. The workflow is very similar to a typical password reset.

You can create a unique link by appending URL parameters on the form URL which also triggers a condition - shows the form fields. So whenever the URL parameter values are changed, this will hide the form.
