Unable to get email notifications

    Hi we have just signed up and designed a form, all test email are redcieved to the defualt email but when the form is submitted we do not receive the filled out form, we have checked junk mail etc. 

     

    our user email is referrals@foilrepublic.com.au

    The email address on the recipient is not in the bounce list. I also checked the mail logs and I can see that the submission was sent successfully.

    I checked the email notification and I can see that it is setup correctly. I understand that you already checked the spam/junk folder. Please check if there are any spam filters on your email program or email client.  You can also try white-listing JotMail IP addresses.
