forms not sending data to requested email

    I am using Xara software for site design, jotware is included as a widget,  i signed up with jotform because of the options and ease of use for our customers.  I've been building the site over the past few weeks and the forms look great.

    We launched the site yesterday, sadly the same time jotforms and godaddy were having issues.  I was in the middle of recoding the site with a different form host when you guys came back online, so I left the jotform coding in place.

    Today testing the forms from several sources to see how it would flow, NONE of the posted data is being sent to either of my email accounts.

    I have the primary as and the bcc as for backup purposes.

    Is there an issue with jotform processing data, or a delay that I am not aware of?

    The form is set to forward to our PayPal page when completed (IT DOES FORWARD TO PAYPAL)... so that part is working, but no submitted data by the user is coming to us.


    Any information you can provide would greatly be appreciated. is the first jotform is the second jotform in question

    Can you please try changing the Sender Email of your Notifications to to see if you have any better success receiving them?
