Can't save themes in private or public

    Unable to save themes.

    I've already tried tried multiple browsers, emptied cache and logged out of jotform & back in.

    I have an existing saved theme that's working fine but i can't seem to save or use any more.

    May I know which of your forms you are unable to save the theme? Please note that if the form or design already has an applied theme on it, you won't be able to save it as a different theme. I believe this is to protect the style of designs published by other users. You can re-use the theme as many times as you like, you can also make adjustments using the Form Designer Tool or using CSS, but you won't be able to save it as a separate theme.
