    Why was my account upgraded without my authorization?

    I don't know how this happened or how it went unnoticed by me for so long, but my account was upgraded to a paid account back in June of 2015. I have made 8 payments to your company in the amount of $9.95 each month. I have deactivated my subscription. Now I would like to see what we can do about refunding the charges. I don't want to file a claim with paypal. Please let me know what you can do.

    We're sorry to hear that. But a monthly payment receipt is sent to you by Paypal so I'm not sure why you didn't notice the charges.

    We can possibly send the refund for the last three months and I have just requested this to our billing team. They should let you know here as soon as the refunds are made.

    Paypal will only allow us to refund up to 60 days backwards. Therefore a total amount of $19.90 have been granted.
