my text field is inside another text field

my phone text field both with scrolling one is inside the other i want to separate them.

I have just reviewed your and noticed that the e-signature and submit button are in your terms scroll window.

Instead of using the scrolling widget you have, you may try using the SHORT SCROLLABLE TERMS WIDGET

I also noticed that you have fields asking for SSN. This can be a cause to suspend your form and account. I suggest you review the following thread
