I am inquiring about my plan and forms.
My forms are over quota so I upgraded to Bronze. I have received a confirmation email and my profile is updated with the additional storage and submissions my forms can receive.
However, upon checking two of my forms, they still indicate "Form Over Quota".Page URL:

I see that your account is now holding Bronze subscription and is good in shape. As I check the JotForms in your account, I'm able to access the forms without any issue. Are you still experiencing the issue? If the issue still persists, please let us know. We will be happy to help.

Help! I am also receiving account upgrade errors. My profile shows a "free" account but I am paying $19.95 per month. All of my forms have been disabled and I receive an error ("about blank") every time I click to update my credit card information.
