Integration with PayPal

    We've just signed up to JotForm for room booking purposes and it looks great. However have a few questions:

    1. We want to integrate with our PayPal account. Not sure how this would work? Would we have to pre-populate the form with the amounts they have to pay on an individual basis depending on the eventual invoice amount and how would we know they had made a payment when they submitted the form?


    We want them to be able to update their booking information at a later date without having to fill in all the old information again. How would we set this up?


    Can we change the name of the link to a short version that suits us and is user friendly?


    We want to integrate with Google Calendar but have a number of Google calendars for individual rooms. Can we choose which calendar the submission integrates with?

    5. Do you provide support for any kind of integration with an accounts package?

    Hi Jess,

    Once you set a Paypal tool into your form, you will receive a submission about the transaction, so if the transaction didn't completed successfully the submission recorded as "Incomplete Submission".
