Removing Options from Drop Down List

If I remove options from a drop down list, but those options were previously selected by respondents, will I still be able to see them in previous responses? Thank you

You mean if you have your customers submitted your form with some choice from drop-down menu, and after that you decide to remove some options from drop-down, does they appear in previous submissions?

Answer is yes, all previous submission with those options that you removed afterwords will be there, in your submissions section, in your JotForm form builder, and in email as well.
