Creating send a friend/student form

Hi 

I was hoping someone can help.  I am trying to have an educator fill out form1 and in that form there is an email field for the students email address.  When they enter in the students email in it would send the student a separate form2 for feedback automatically after submission. 

Is this possible? 

Yes, you can add an email Autoresponder to the form which will be emailed to the students email address from a form field. The Autoresponder email body is editable, so you can include a link to the second form.
