What happens on the 101st submission that month on free account?

I don't think I will hit my limit but registration season is upon me and I already have 18 submissions this month for one form. What happens on the free account when the 101st submission is sent? Will the submitter get to submit it and I will have to pay to see it? Or will the submitter get an error?

    THANKS!

As free user you can receive up to 100 submissions per month. Once you reach your monthly limit of 100 submissions your account will go overlimit and all of your forms will be disabled. So you users will not be able to open your form. However before your forms are disabled you will receive email form JotForm notifying you that you are reaching your monthly limit.

In case that you reach your monthly limit and your forms are disabled you have two options.

You can upgrade your account to any of the paid plans to get higher limits and to enable your forms immediately. You can find more about different account type on our pricing page.

And if you don't want to upgrade, you have to wait until your submissions counter resets to zero which will be on every first day of the following month.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
