    Good Morning,

I am trying to build a purchase order form to accept from Credit Cards and Checks. I did receive an explanation on how to do this yesterday.

    I'm having 3 problems:

    1. When I build the two separate forms, I am not able to locate the height & width - so I just guessed.

    2. I have imbedded the two payment forms into the Primary form, but when either selection is made for the Check or CC - the full secondary form does not show, which includes the "submit" button.

    3. The display on the smartphone is not the same as on my computer - is there another command I need to imbed in order to format the form to a smartphone too?

    CC Form: https://form.jotform.com/60413949777973

    Thank you for your help.

I have inspected your Primary form and conditions to show your other two form are working.

Regarding height and width of your forms, I would suggest you to increase width of your Primary form to 800.

You can set width and height of your embedded forms inside of Iframe Embed widget settings. You can set height and width of your Checks Form to 2100 and 700 and for your CC form to 2200 and 700. With this settings scroll bars will be removed form embedded forms.

You can also change background color of you embedded forms to white.

Also submit button is shown on both embedded forms.

On my demo form I have increased width of Primary form and I have changed width and height of iFrame embed widgets. Here is my cloned form: https://form.jotform.com/60416341558959

I have moved your other question to separate thread and we will provide you an answer there shortly.
