    I have 48 submissions of which 29 are new. Before the new ones I changed a radio button to a check box. I would like to download all. I can do that. All the rows download, but only about 4 of the download rows show the data. The rest are blank in the data columns, although in the submissions view I can see the data. How do I get the data to download?

    Hi, one of our developers will look into this issue. For now, you can try downloading the CSV or Excel version.

    Do you think her request is something to include in the requests at the Review Session?
    Too unfocused yet. Suggest that a mentor meeting may be useful, if she wishes.

    Here is the issue. Note in the Excel download, of which I show a section, beyond the first five names, there are no indications that anything was checked. Yet, taking #8 as an example, in the submission view a bunch of topics are checked.
    I edited the questionnaire form to change the checklist from radio buttons to checkboxes after about 25 submissions. Yet, nothing before 2-14-2012 shows any data. Can you help? The url is http://jotform.us/submissions/20215320292 .

    I have a similar problem: I can't see data from radio button element in the report (excel export or csv, or tables etc..) but in the emails and pdf I see them.

    How I can recover the data? for statistical analysis I need the data in xls format.

    Can you help me?

    thanks!

    @ayzram

    You probably added radio buttons to the form later on. I would recommend you re-generate the reports.

    At any rate, can you please open a new thread for your particular case? You need to provide us with FORM URL and/or report URL

    cheers!
