I have checked your account and I saw that you have 109 submissions this month. Considering that your account is free and free account have a limit of 100 submissions per month, your account is overlimit and because of that your forms are disabled.
You can upgrade your account to any of the paid plans to get higher limits and to enable your forms immediately. You can find more about different account type on our pricing page.
However if you don't want to upgrade, you have to wait until your submissions counter resets to zero which will be on first day of the following month.
