    Hi,

So I have two forms that are linked.

One (acceptance) has a payment at the end, and after the payment - it is expected to go to the next form (OSR).  It does not happen and we tried twice (see responses).

    Help?

    Links -
    Acceptance - TCW -

    OSR - TCW -

I have just reviewed your forms. I noticed that in the first form (Acceptance), you have placed the URL of the second form(OSR) in the Thank you page.

It seems to be working correctly. Once you use completes the Acceptance form and completes the payment he will be directed to the other form.

Please let us know, if this is not what you are looking for.

It is only working if you use PayPal with an account. It doesn't work if you pay as a guest.

Sorry, but I'm not fully understand how your form works. I have reviewed again and do not see an option to pay as guest. I am assuming that you are referring to the OTHER option. Can you please explain what you would like to happen when users chooses the OTHER option?

I have also noticed that you have many condition that are incorrect. Can you please review the conditions and fix all the ones that have errors. This could cause many issues in your form.

I am talking about the PayPal (once you click on the pay button - it takes you to PayPal and you can pay with your account or as a guest.

For guest checkouts, Paypal won't redirect users to your landing page or redirect page after completing the payment. They have to click the link to return to the thank you page of your form.

How about creating an autoresponder email and add the link to the second form in the email body? I think that should do the trick. Here's our guide on how to create an autoresponder email: http://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder
