I'm not able to find an email that was sent to the email address that you are using in your form.
I would suggest you to follow this guide to set your email notifications properly and avoid issues: http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues.
You may also check your Spam and Junk folders.
