My account was deactivated for being over the limit for a free account. I actually have a bronze account and pay $19.95 per month.
I also receive an error (about:blank) every time I click to update my credit card information. This error occurs in multiple browsers (Safari, Chrome).
Please help restore my forms. I have five websites with forms down.
