Notifier email is received, but the same data can not be found under Submissions Panel

    Hi 

    For some reason submission are not showing up in my account and also auto response mails to applicants are not sent! On the other side the notifier email is been sent...

    Strange thing! I haven't seen it before.

    Is there something wrong with Jotform service?

    Thank you for reporting this.

    I wanted to let you know that all of your data is still being saved under your form, the issue is that there is a lag between all of the servers that is causing the same data to not be shown to you.

    This is why your integrations and emails will work, but you might not see the submitted data.

    I am raising this now to our developers to let you know as soon as the issue is resolved.

    hi, 

    the form are still not working. I complete a form and by hitting submit it stucks in a blank page.

    And of course no emails are sent nor submisions are shown.

    Guys what is going on with your service? I have been using it for 3 years now and i havent seen this before.

    Submitting the form takes almost a minute and auto responder is not sent. 

    I have submitted 16 forms and i haven't received a single email!!

    Please try them yourselves and check if they send you an email when you submit.

    The issue related to the blank page you've mentioned was due to the SSL certificate causing an error on https//submit.jotformeu.com domain but it was resolved right away so we do apologize for the inconveniences caused. It was most likely due to the recent update on https protocol. Anyway, this should not occur again.

    I have made a test submission with your form and it was fine.

    It also ends up on your form submissions page in an instant.

    However, I have not received the autoresponder message because it failed due to an error with SMTP. I suggest to please review your SMTP credentials and try it again. Using the noreply@jotform.com on autoresponder as the sender email should have no problems.
