Since today 19:41 CET submissions are not showing in our form submission although we are getting e-mail confirmation including PayPal payment and Google forms data properly updated.
Could you find what is going wrong an dcould fix it urgently as this is a Trail Race registration which takes place on Feb. 14th and wxe are getting a lot of late subscriptions.

Thank you for reporting this . I want to let you know that all of the data is still captured and saved under your form, and as you have noticed the data is sent through emails and to the integrations.
However, due to the lag that is currently present for some people, including you, the same data can not be seen in the Submissions Panel.
I am however raising this to our developers so that we can update you as soon as the issue is resolved and your submissions are again available to you.

To update you, the delay is roughly 1h30 between submission and data showing up.

Great observation Georges.
The lag was actually reported as 6000 seconds, but should be decreasing as the time goes until the data is fully in sync.
