Hello,
We are trying to make the form responsive so that it shows up on mobile devices in full screen. The image editor does not allow us to make it a percentage of the page just s fix pixel width etc.
The input forms are also a bit small, is there a way to automagically increase the size of the input fields?
Can you advise how to do this?

You can inject this custom css to use percentage as the width of the image:
img.form-image {
width: 100%!important;
height: auto;
}
Here's a guide on how to inject CSS to a form: How To Inject Custom CSS
You can change the value of the highlighted text if you like.This is how your form would look on desktop once the css is injected:

Here's a link to the cloned form where I tested the CSS: https://form.jotform.com/60418562297966
If you like, you can clone it to your account by following this guide: How to Clone an Existing Form from a URL
