My forms have stopped working....

    My forms have stopped working. When I click submit I'm just getting the Null icon (google chrome) see attached image.

    Even if I try it through JotForm preview or using the direct link it does the same.

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    We did have some technical glitch for a while and our back end team has promptly fixed the issue already. I did test your form and it seems to work as expected.

    I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists.
