    Dear Mr Tank

I hope this message gets to you personally amidst all the whining and whinging ones!

Every man and his dog will doubtless have a moan at you as everyone is so very very focused on themselves. People are very fast to criticise but slow to praise. There are however some supporters out there and I am one of them.

You must have had kittens when you realised what was happening. I was impressed how quickly .net was up! I have learned an important lesson from you regarding business critical web activity and will be sure to set up a back up URL for my own new business which I am just about to launch.

I do hope you can find some peace amidst the dramas unfolding

Its life - things like this happen

I for one am immensely grateful to have had my forms with you as they have made a significant difference to my business. I will continue to host them with you and recommend too!

If you need any free professional counselling for all the flack you are doubtless experiencing right now I would be delighted to provide some. I have had a free service from you for years (nearly bought the discounted upgrade this winter but missed it due to being on holiday) so it is the least I can do to show my support. I get calls to the US for 5 cents a minute from my mobile so it would be no trouble.

I used to be a doctor in the NHS and now I do personal and spiritual (in a non religious way) development training amidst a few small business ventures. I am recognised as a UK expert in medical careers and I am used to seeing doctors in all SORTS of pickles and crises so I know how the mind works when everyone seems against one. I am sure you are a brave and feisty entrepreneur but a friendly voice in the midst of dissention could make all the difference.

Kind regards and with thanks for all the years of service you have provided and will provide.

And here's to a swift resolution

    Dr Sonia Hutton-Taylor
