Adding image logo to the form

I'd like to upload my logo onto my form.  How do I do that?

You need to use the "Image" tool in order to upload your logo. Please follow the steps below:

1. Click and drag the "Image" tool under Form Tools.

2. The Image Wizard will appear, select "Upload Image File" and then click the "Next" button.

3. Click the "Choose File" button and then select the logo from your computer. After that, click the "Upload File" button.
