How to change form title

    Hi,

    I used a form from the examples and changed the name at the top.  When I try to share it on my FB, it shows the old name, Foster Dog name.  How does this get changed?

    As far as I understand from your thread, you've changed  the title of your form. However, when you check the form on form builder you see that the title is  Foster Dog name. 

    I am not able to reproduced same issue that you're having it seems you've change your title successfully.
