Sorry about the issue, about 5 hours ago there was a DNS security certificate change for the endpoint/destination of our secure European forms. It may have resulted in secure submissions being temporarily unavailable for your form, and I see that this question was raised at about the time of that change being implemented.
Our developers informed us that the change was completed, and all should be well by now.
