We are getting error message: Bandwidth Limit Exceeded

    Hi there!

    While uploading certain PDF's using jotform i receive a Bandwidth Limit Exceeded notice in my browser. This notice is only visible with certain PDF documents other documents are uploaded properly. Can anybody help explain what this is about?

    That error occurs when you downloaded a file past the limit. For small files (less than 10MB), you may download 100 times per month.

    For large files, which are greater than 10GB, can be downloaded 10 times per month.

    If you provide us the link of your file we can reset your limit.

    We will wait for your response.
