My Embedded Form is not Accepting Any Submission

    Our JotForm expert is on holiday and, of course, then our JotForm is suddenly closed for incoming submissions. Typical!

    When we (or our customers) try to send a registration, we don't get the usual 'Thank you for your registration' but only a sad face-message.

    Enclosed an url from our website where the form is published.

    Is it possible to be contacted by a norwegian-speaking support-personal? Just in case..

    And notice: I have not very much technical/IT knowledge..

    Hi there,

    Firstly, sorry for the inconvenience that you experienced. Unfortunately, we don't have support service on phone; but we can help you from here. When I viewed your web page in inspect mode, I found one unnecessary script. Please, see it from the below:

    To delete this script, you need to locate the following address on your domain:

    http://www.agilkompetanse.no.usrfiles.com/html/0bf5f1_3df825c42218c4feabecfbc9901dc3da.html

     

    Please, delete that HTML file and try to send a submission again. I know you have mentioned about your technical level; but this problem can not be fixed in basic level. Also, you can provide the error screen when submitting the form or you can give us permission to try the form on your webpage.

    However, please try to delete the HTML file and let us know the results first.

    Thanks for your answer.
    Our problem was suddenly solved without any changes from me.
    I suppose it had connection to your general problems with some EU submissions. It was published on your support site, that it had been problems that now were solved.

    Vennlig, you are most welcome. I'm glad to see that the problem has fixed for you. With those evidences, we don't know the reasons behind this issue; but at those moments, there were no trending issue about this topic for EU users. If the problem repeats itself, please do let us know.
