Form submissions are not saving or missing in the form submissions page

    The submit button works, the thank you screen appears, but submissions are not saving.

    I also cannot integrate with sheets.

    Help.

    Our apologies. We have this issue a while ago, but our developers have fixed it already. All missing submissions are not restored. Can you check again?

    By the way, let us know the correct form URL if in case the submissions are still missing in the form.
